Offer... accepted.

Well, we've received an offer on our little house here in Windsor. There are only two conditions of sale, one of which has already been met (financing). The only thing standing between us and moving to Cumberland Bay, is a home inspection.

Tonight, at 7:00 pm, the buyers will come with their home inspector and make their final inspection and decision. If all is to their satisfaction, before Friday we will have a SOLD sign on the lawn.

I am trying not to get my hopes up, just in the event that they decide to opt out of the purchase. However, there is no reason (that I can think of) that they shouldn't be satisfied with our little house.

If this purchase and sale agreement goes through then we will have a closing date of September 23rd and will be spending the next three weeks moving to the mini-home on Arrowhead Property. NCEM and Arrowhead have made it available to us to rent for the time being.
