I was surprised by an early knock at the door one morning last week. Our neighbour, Mr. Mowat had seen our need for a wood chipper in a bulletin insert at church and wanted to help meet that need. He had a nice little wood chipper sitting unused and was quite pleased to donate it, along with a nice heavy duty tiller, to ANBC. It is a huge blessing and we're very excited to put them both into service during our upcoming work week.
We've been blessed by the gifts of others a great deal this Spring. I wrote recently about the new forks that were donated for the ANBC tractor. Mr. DeNuke also donated a new top link for the three point hitch on our tractor, which is a wonderful blessing.
We have also been blessed to receive a large selection of hand tools from Mr. Welch, which is a wonderful asset to the ongoing maintenance and work that happens at Arrowhead.
We are very much looking forward to the work week coming up and hope to accomplish many of the necessary projects that have crept up over the year! Stay tuned for pictures and report on how the week has gone!
