mawio'mi: the gathering 2012

ANBC's second annual Men's Retreat "mawio'mi: the gathering", was a great success. This year we were blessed to have guest speaker Sean Crowe, pastor of Gospel Light Baptist Church in Harrietsfield, Nova Scotia. Sean walked us through the book of Judges over the course of the weekend, and we were certainly blessed and edified as he encouraged us to live lives focused on God and sold out to Him.

Adam Pearce, from Windsor, Nova Scotia, facilitated a robotics workshop. It was the first time most of us had the opportunity to work with this sort of soldering, chip boards and micro motors... and it was awesome.

The weekend was a great time of time in the Word, prayer, fellowship and laughter. If you missed out, you should seriously consider joining us next year. It is encouraging and refreshing and a great opportunity for discipleship.
